This article explains how to transfer and open a VEXI Box NFT.

Purpose:

The article below will show the instructions required to submit a ticket and send your VEXI Box to an official Gala controlled address where the box will be opened and revealed and sent back to the user. Everything is verifiable on chain and all TX hashes are provided to the user.

Step 1: Open a Support Ticket on https://support.gala.com/hc/en-us and select Games -> VEXI

Step 2: Let support know you wish to transfer and open a VEXI Box NFT. Be sure to include your ETH wallet address you wish to receive the VEXI back on. 

If no address is provided, the VEXI NFT will be sent back to the most recent ETH address linked to a users account.

Step 3: Once support has responded to your ticket and confirmed your request, you will need to transfer your VEXI Box to the following address:
0x493611F9c765ebf62f590854a6b55f1BC293AcA5

Step 4: Allow up to 24-48 hours for support to open and return your newly revealed VEXI NFT!

Support will provide a TX hash so the user can verify the integrity of the transaction and reveal process to ensure visibility and security.
