Purpose

This article guides a user through transferring a GalaChain Token such as SILK to another GalaChain wallet.

This article assumes the reader understands the information in the following articles:

Procedure

NOTE: This tutorial is only for tokens such as SILK in the GalaChain Network. If a user wants to send an Ethereum Token to Ethereum Network, please refer to the Send $GALA on Ethereum Network article.

1) Log into a Gala Games and Entertainment account and click Inventory in the top right menu of the site.

2) Under Balances, select a GalaChain Token to transfer. In this example, a user wants to send a SILK on the GalaChain Network. Click the SILK[GalaChain] inventory.

3) Select Send SILK[GalaChain].

4) Input the amount desired in the Amount box:

5) Enter the GalaChain wallet destination address. The GalaChain wallet address starts with a client|.

Once the address is entered, select Continue.

Users can get their GalaChain wallet address by referring to the Deposit a GalaChain Token or NFT to GalaChain Wallet article.

6) Enter the Transfer Code and select Confirm.

7) Enter 2FA code if your 2FA setting is enabled and select Confirm. It is highly recommended to enable 2FA as it adds additional security to your account. To learn more, visit the What is 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) and How to Enable it article.

8) The SILK in the GalaChain Network transfer is now completed! The user can check the notification to check the transfer status.
