Import a Private Key into OKX Wallet

Purpose

This article provides a step-by-step guide for users to import a private key into their OKX Wallet.

Assumptions Made

This article assumes the reader understands the information in the following articles:

Install OKX Wallet
Deposit and Withdraw $GALA and Other Crypto Currencies

This article also assumes the user has already downloaded and installed the OKX wallet extension.

Summary

1) Open the OKX wallet extension, and select I already have a wallet.


2) Select Private Key.



3)  Enter your private key.


4) On the Select network page, the EVM-compatible networks option is selected by default. Click Confirm.



 

5) Set a wallet password and click Confirm.

 

6) That’s it! The wallet has been successfully imported!
