Importing your existing seed phrase allows you to restore access to your wallet and its contents. It's essential for securely managing your assets and ensuring they are accessible across different devices or after a wallet reset.

Steps to Import your existing GalaChain Mobile Wallet Seed Phrase:

  1. After installing the GalaChain Mobile Wallet, open the app and select I already have a wallet.
  2. Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click Continue.

  3. Paste your seed phrase or enter it manually in the correct order, and click Continue.

  4. Set a new PIN code and confirm it.




  5. If you forgot your password, you will need to uninstall the wallet application and reinstall it. Please be aware you will need your 12-word seed phrase in order to recover your wallet. If you do not have this you are at risk of losing all of your assets.
