Summary

Guilds are linked to the node NFT, if ownership transfers to another user, that user will now become the new Guild Leader.

Once the node NFT is transferred, the prior Guild Leader becomes guild-less and the new owner will become the new Guild Leader. If the new Guild Leader does not have a CGW account, a placeholder Guild Leader profile will be created for when other members view the Guild menu. Because there is no guild leader CGW account, the guild becomes inactive.

For the Guild Leader to transfer the node NFT, they must first have the Guild Library Slot and Guild Bot Slots emptied. Once all those are empty, this user can then transfer the guild to another user. Unless this can be done automatically when the node NFT is transferred.
