An Apple Store receipt ID can help Gala's Customer Support team identify an issue with an in-game purchase. It's important to ensure you can screenshot your Apple Store ID once you locate it.

Navigate to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign into your Apple account. Make sure to sign in with the same account associated with the in-game purchase.

This will take you to the Report a Problem page, once there navigate to the purchase you are having issues with. 

Once found, you will be able to see the date of the purchase as well as its order ID.
