Spoiled Soil is a tile in Town Star that cannot be built upon and players have to remove to have a regular tile to build on.
Depending on how far the Spoiled Soil is from a player's starting location, the price of removing the tile can increase dramatically.
When clearing Spoiled Soil, it can be removed similar to other tiles in the game.
Once it is cleared, it functions as a normal tile on the map.
Units can move over Spoiled Soil and function normally when they walk over it.
