Procedure

Linking is a game feature that allows you to connect a lower-level champion with a higher-level champion, forming what's known as a Level Link. This lets you focus on boosting one champion's level instead of two. When champions are linked, the lower-level one can retain the same level as the higher-level champion, and the level boost only continues if the champions remain linked together.

It's worth noting that the linking process works consistently whether the champions share the same affinity or if the champions are an NFT or not. However, keep in mind that once champions are linked, only the higher-level champion can be leveled up. The lower-level champion will mirror the progress of the higher-level champion as long as they're linked. When a linked Champion is released, the Champion returns to its original level, and all equipped items are also released.

How to Link

1) Launch the game and click the CHAMPION button as shown below.

2) Choose the champion with the lower level. In this example, we're connecting a Level 40 champion to a Level 56 champion.

3) Choose LINK from the menu located on the right-hand side.

4) Click on the Level Link button to unlock a slot.

5) A prompt similar to the image displayed below will appear. Linking requires 100 Gems. Click OK to finish linking.

6) Choose the champion you want to link it to and then click on LINK.

7) The REGISTER LEVEL LINK prompt will appear, showing your champion's updated stats. Click OK to proceed.

Your champion has been successfully leveled up. You can now utilize them in the game with their new levels.

How to Unlink

Unlinking can be done on the same screen.

1) Click REMOVE to unlink.

2) The Unlink Level prompt will be shown. Click OK to proceed.

3) The champion has been successfully unlinked.

Notes:

• While the level link is active, lower-level champions that have been linked cannot undergo any level upgrades.

• A Champion with a link cannot be linked to another Champion at the same time. Additionally, Champions participating in Mayhem's exploration or mining, or in the estate building upgrades, cannot be linked, and links cannot be undone.
