Getting Started in Champions Arena
Summary
Estates have three main purposes:
Player Interaction: They serve as a place for players to connect and enjoy different activities together, making it a central aspect of the gaming experience.
Ownership and Fees: Estate owners control access to in-game services and can charge fees for their use.
Guild Development: Estates are crucial for building and growing guilds. Owners gather guild members, assign roles, and work together to develop the land and the guild itself.
Main Functionality
To gain insight into how estates work, let's explore their fundamental functions:
1) Estate Management: This important part includes overseeing guild members and fairly sharing earnings.
2) Customization: Owners have the creative freedom to customize their guild flag using the Flag editor. This feature adds a personalized touch to the estate.
3) Membership Rules: Guild members can leave freely but need to wait 24 hours before joining another guild to prevent system abuse.
4) Name Change: Owners can use valuable in-game Gems to change their land's name (guild name).
5) Fee for Altar of Champions: Guild members pay Gems as fees set by the owner, ranging from 10% to 100%. Non-guild members may have different fee rates when using the same services.
6) Earnings Sharing: Estates have the capability to accumulate resources such as Gold, Lapis, and Gems. These resources can be distributed among guild members at the discretion of the Landlord. Members earn contribution points based on their contributions to building upgrades and mission completion. Earnings are calculated at UTC 00:00 and can be donated to the guild, although this does not yield contribution points. The distribution rules can be customized by the landlord, either by guild member rank, contribution points, or individual preferences.
7) Guild Members: Estates host a diverse range of guild members, including Landlords (Owners), Managers, Board members, and Normal members. Guild member ranks can be adjusted, and both Owners and Managers have the authority to expel members. Additionally, Landlords, Managers, and Board members can oversee new guild member applications, with membership limitations based on available slots. Landlords can specify membership acceptance methods, including the need for approval, immediate admission, or private, invitation-only access.
8) Buildings: Estates encompass a variety of buildings, including Castle, Trade Market, and Altar of Champions. These buildings can be upgraded up to the castle level, with a single construction queue and restrictions on additional construction until the ongoing project is completed. Advancing the castle level increases the maximum limit for guild members. Certain land features and functionalities can only be activated once specific castle levels are reached.
