This article aims to guide you through the step-by-step process of requesting refunds in the Google Play or Apple App Stores.

Procedure
Request a Refund on Google Play
1) Navigate to play.google.com and log in to your Google account.
2) Click on your Profile picture located in the upper right corner.
3) Access Payments & subscriptions and then click Budget & order history.
4) Locate the specific order you want a refund of and click on Report a problem.
5) Choose I purchased this but didn’t receive it.
6) Fill out the provided form and make sure to indicate your request for a refund. After completing the form, click on the Submit button.
Note:
• Should you have multiple refund requests, simply follow these steps for each purchased item.
• If you're unable to locate the specific order, it's possible that the purchase was made using another Google Account.
Request a Refund from Apple
1) Method A: Access the website reportaproblem.apple.com by logging in to your Apple ID.
Method B: Launch the Apple Mail app and locate the receipt corresponding to the transaction you wish to refund. Proceed to tap on Report a Problem and then log in using your Apple ID.

2) Click the I'd like to dropdown menu and choose Request a refund.
3) Select In-app purchase not received, and then proceed by clicking Next.
4) Select the item then click Submit.
Note: If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
