All sales from the Gala Store are final. Gala Games and Entertainment does not offer any refunds or money-back guarantees on any or all GALA Services unless otherwise specified herein. User recognizes and agrees that User will not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Transaction Fees are also non-refundable as well. Users are responsible for fees for using networks such as Ethereum and Gala Chain.
