Common Ground World - Auto Sell
Procedure
Common Ground World is a game that runs in your web browser as long as you have it open. This means that if you do not leave your computer on with the game running, the game will stop completely. With the implementation of the Offline Mode/Fast Forward feature, you can set your town to make up for the time it was offline once you restart the game. This means you no longer have to keep the game window open at all times.
1) Log into your Gala Games and Entertainment account and launch Common Ground World.
2) After creating a town, navigate to the Settings menu in the game. This can be done by clicking the gear icon located at the top left corner.
3) Click the Toggle button beneath the Update Town Offline option to activate Offline mode.
Note: In Common Ground mode, this option is on automatically by default and cannot be turned off.
Tip: Before enabling Offline Mode, remember to configure your Auto Sell settings for the items you want to sell. Remember that enabling the "Update Town Offline" option means that when you leave the game and return later, it will accelerate the in-game time to match the duration you were away. This means you must ensure your town produces enough money to keep running. Offline Mode won't be helpful if you haven't set up AutoSell beforehand.
After activating Offline mode, you're free to close the game without keeping it active in a window at all times. However, when participating in the events mode, make sure to log in before the competition ends. This will enable your town's progress to advance, and your position on the leaderboard will be updated. If you fail to log in before the competition ends, your position on the leaderboard will remain the same as if you weren't using offline mode.
