Procedure

Adding to the allow List in Gmail
1) Log in to your Gmail account.
2) Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select See all settings.
3) Select the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
4) Click Create a new filter.
5) In the From field, enter the email address to add to the allow list. Click Create filter.
6) Check the box next to Never send it to Spam. Click Create filter.
Adding to the allow list in Outlook
1) Log in to your Outlook account.
2) Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select View all Outlook settings.
3) Select Junk email from the list of options.
4) Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
Enter the email address to add to the allow list. Click Save.
The email addresses have now been successfully added to the allow list in both Gmail and Outlook. This ensures that emails will be promptly delivered to the inbox, allowing you to stay informed about the latest updates, offers, and announcements without any inconvenience.
