The Crests section shows the amount of Crests a user's guild has earned and the crests earned during the week.
The Leaders section shows the top players in a person's Solo league and how they rank relative to their Guild.
The Rewards section shows the prizes a user can earn depending on their placement in their Solo league.
The Guild section shows how a user ranks in their Guild based on their trophy ranking.
