Purpose

This article explains the process for verifying a Gala Games and Entertainment account, such as when two-factor authentication (2FA) needs to be removed.

This article also assumes the user has already created a ticket and is following this by the request of support.

Procedure

Note: The user assumes all risk and responsibility for the use of this third-party wallet and any other similar wallet.

1) After importing a user's Gala Games and Entertainment account wallet into Coinbase Wallet, navigate to https://app.mycrypto.com/sign-message. Select Coinbase Wallet.


2) Click Connect to Coinbase Wallet.


3) A prompt for Coinbase Wallet will appear; click Connect.

4) On the message page, please enter the ticket number provided by the support desk. A ticket number will be displayed in the email responses between support. Click Sign Message to continue.

 


5) Click Sign to continue.


6) A signature will be generated. Send this signature to support, and please copy and paste the signature into the email. Do not send a screenshot of this screen.

Once the signature is provided, this will help verify ownership of a Gala Games and Entertainment account.
