This article explains why a user may not receive an NFT purchase from the Gala Games and Entertainment store immediately. 

Note: Most fulfillments are completed on GalaChain, which provides fast and nearly instantaneous

delivery to a user's GalaChain address. This article's mint queue only applies to purchases from the Gala

Store that is fulfilled on the Ethereum network.

When Ethereum gas costs are high, the mint queue is created to save a Gala Games and Entertainment

user, the NFT recipient, from paying a hefty network fee to receive their purchase.

Before completing the transaction, the network will wait until Ethereum gas costs have dropped to an

acceptable range. These fees are set by Ethereum and are not developed by Gala Games and

Entertainment. 

Users can visit the Gala Games Discord to view the status of the fulfillment queue by navigating to the

#fulfillment-queue-status channel in Discord.

When looking at the fulfillment status, users can see:
Items in Queue: How many items are currently in the queue waiting to be sent out.

Current Gas Price: The current price of Gas on the Ethereum Network.

Gas Price Threshold: The maximum gas price can be before the queue stops as it waits to go under the

Threshold again.

Estimated Transaction Cost: The estimated USD cost for the current Gas price.

When the current price of gas exceeds, the Threshold is when users may experience a delay in-store

purchase fulfillment. This is temporary, and users should receive their purchases once the Current Gas

Price goes below the Threshold.

A general rule in purchasing is that if it's still showing as pending, wait 48 hours before attempting to

purchase again. If a user buys it without the original order being fulfilled, it may result in a double

purchase of the same item. If, after 24 hours, it still shows as pending, please submit a ticket.
