This article describes the process of submitting a support ticket on the Gala Games and Entertainment websites.

Purpose

Users may have requests or advanced issues that cannot be solved in Discord or through our Support Center. When this happens, submitting a support ticket to the Gala Support Team will be the next step to resolving an issue — knowing how to submit a support ticket and providing the required information are vital in resolving problems or requests swiftly.

Procedure

1) We recommend users sign in to their Gala Games and Entertainment account when submitting a ticket. When the user is logged in, the form will auto-fill most of the account information that Gala Support needs.

The Gala Games and Entertainment websites have different support forms for each platform, each with unique problems users may run into. Users must select the specific platform they are having issues with. The forms available are:

2) Fill out the required information, $GALA address, Discord Handle, and Preferred Language.

3) Enter the type that best describes the issue or request.

4) Provide detailed information on the issue or request in the Description section. The more information the user can provide, the better.

5) Check the Captcha and Click the Submit Ticket button.

6) Within 15 minutes of submitting the ticket, users will get an email from the Gala Support System saying the ticket has been received. Please ensure that support@gala.com and support@gala.games are on the allowed list of the user's email. The email may be in your trash/spam folder.
